Transition

Dear Loyal Readers:

I am writing to let you know that, after 12 years as an executive search consultant, I am heading in a different career direction. I will leave Odgers Berndtson by the end of March 2016. I will pursue opportunities in talent acquisition, training and development.

Biography

Alexandra Hendrickson is a Partner in the Chicago office of Odgers Berndtson Executive Search. Alexandra specializes in filling senior roles for industrial companies because she was previously an executive at PPG Industries. She has many clients in the chemicals, coatings and advanced materials sectors.

Alexandra has both US and international search expertise. From 2009 to 2015, she lived and worked in Shanghai, China and helped clients find great leaders to grow their businesses throughout Asia Pacific. Prior to 2009, she was based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and assisted companies in the Midwest industrial heartland.

Earlier in her career, Alexandra held senior positions in American Express Company and at Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank) in New York.

Alexandra has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Wharton School in Philadelphia and a BA from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Articles that Alexandra has written have been published in "Observe Magazine," “Paint and Coatings Industry Magazine,” “CEO Magazine,” “Corporate Responsibility Officer Magazine” and “Wharton Alumni Magazine.”
