Bennett Voyles, interviewed and quoted me in his article
about career opportunities for women executives in China. The article, entitled, "The Glass Ceiling in China: Is it Getting Thinner or Thicker?" was published recently in CKGSB Knowledge,
the online research journal of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and
also in the China Business Review, the magazine of the US-China Business
Council. The article asks what the prominence of successful businesswomen,
despite pressure from society and family, says about the glass ceiling in
